Rooted in over 4,000 years of Chinese wisdom, qigong emerged from Taoist philosophy — an understanding that there is a natural order to the universe, and that our wellbeing depends on living in harmony with it. At the heart of that harmony is Qi.
Qi is life force energy. Gong translates to work or cultivation. Qigong is the practice of working with and cultivating life force energy. Every culture that has ever existed has felt it and given it a name — qi, prana, ki, mana, life force. It is the hum beneath the stillness, the animating energy that flows through all living things — and it flows through you. Qi Tuning is rooted in this ancient wisdom, and offers an invitation to come back into relationship with that energy — through movement, breath, sound, and imagination — so that you can feel it, be in relationship with it, and carry it with you.
气 qi, 道 dao, 意 yi — life force, the way, and the mind that guides it. “Yi dao, qi dao” : energy follows mind. ~Taoist Principle
Qi Tuning is a practice of coming home to the vitality that already exists within you and all around you. Through breath, movement, awareness, and intention, the body begins to soften and open — becoming receptive to the subtle field of Qi that sustains all life. As mind, body, and breath come into harmony, the nervous system settles, and something deeper becomes accessible. An innate intelligence. A quiet knowing.

This energy is not something we chase or force. It is something we learn to sense, trust, and gently guide. By opening the fascia and supporting the body's natural energy pathways, qi moves more freely — and with it comes balance, resilience, and a deepening sense of aliveness.
Inai is an eternal student of life force energy. She weaves together a vast and luminous lineage born of practice and world travels — Medical Qigong, Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong, Bagua, Yoga, White Tiger Qigong, Sexual Vitality Qigong, and Jade Egg teachings — into a full-spectrum practice of health, embodiment, and aliveness.

Together, these practices remind us of what we are — instruments between earth and sky, woven from the same elements that shape the world around us. Above and below, within and without: all things exist in relationship, animated by the same Qi, breathing together in one harmonious and interdependent whole.
