Fine Tuning Sanctuary gathers twice a month — two distinct practices, one continuous thread. You are welcome to join one or both. Your presence is always encouraged, and if life calls you elsewhere, all sessions are recorded and held in the membership archives for you to return to.

One hour of guided meditation, breath, elemental awareness, and song with Inai. A space to slow down, arrive fully, and remember what it feels like to be held in an intentional container with community.

One hour of qigong-based movement, breath, imagination, and sound - cultivating vitality, vibrancy, and a deeper relationship with the life force energy that moves through you.
