On a quantum level everything is energy and energy is everything. Energy is constantly vibrating. Therefore we are vibrational beings. Our thoughts and emotions create our signature resonance and the realities that we are experiencing. Since we are vibration and vibrations can change, then we are existing in a state of pure potentiality. Anything and everything is possible!

The air we have the opportunity to breathe, the sounds we hear, the sights we see, the scents we smell, the food we eat, the feelings we feel and the thoughts we think : all reflect to us how we are relating and culminate into personal Resonance. The more consciously aware we are of vibration, the more we can consciously create.

Your resonance can change depending on what you choose to give your attention to. Life reflects your vibration. There is a stream of Loving Intelligence always flowing to each of us. As we attune to it, Life reflects Love. You have the power to choose YOUR experiences.

I have always been sensitive to energy and empathic.

This sensitivity to energy has led me down various paths of healing to understand myself and to support a feeling of strength and embodiment in being me. Through the years of self study and healing I have discovered many tools for empowerment. My empathic nature taught me to understand Compassion. This Compassion has guided me to be of service in various ways to humanity as truly, in this unified field of breath and vibration that we share, we are all reflections of the One Source Energy. As we help others, we also help ourselves.
